By using the Flower Identifier: AI Scanner App (the "App") provided by NextPixel Apps LLP ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Identification Accuracy
The App uses AI to identify flowers and is designed to be helpful and educational. While we strive for accuracy, identifications are not guaranteed. Do not rely on the App to determine whether a plant is safe to eat, touch, or use medicinally. Always consult expert sources, qualified botanists, or local poison control before consuming or handling unknown plants.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription processed via Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or decompile the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) overload our servers with automated requests.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by NextPixel Apps LLP and protected by intellectual property laws. Flower identification results may be used freely.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextPixel Apps LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
