How accurate is the identifier?

Identification accuracy depends on photo quality, the species, and how distinctive the bloom is. For common garden and wild flowers with a clear, well-lit, face-on photo, the App is highly accurate. See our guide on how to take the best identification photo.

Why was my identification wrong?

The most common causes are: blurry photo, harsh midday lighting, multiple flowers in the frame, or a flower that's past its prime. Try a closer, sharper photo of a single fresh bloom in soft light, then add a leaf shot if needed.

Does it work without internet?

Identification requires an internet connection because the AI model runs on our servers.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad to view, change, or cancel.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the prompts.

Is the App safe for children?

Yes. The App contains no objectionable content and does not collect personal data. It's designed for general audiences.

Can I use it for plant care or to know if a plant is safe to eat?

The App identifies flowers but is not a substitute for expert advice on edibility, medical use, or toxicity. Never eat or handle a plant based solely on App identification.

Which countries does it work in?

The App identifies flowers worldwide. Our species coverage is strongest for North America, Europe, and common garden ornamentals globally, but it recognizes thousands of species across continents.
